Clubbing for the First Time
For my whole 21 years of life, I had yet to step my feet into the clubbing world and I finally did that without hitting 22, yet. A bunch of friends and I went to Mois, one of the happening club in Penang, located somewhere in Upper Penang Road, I think. We reached at about 11pm and the club was rather vacant of people, a sign that we came rather early. Anyhow, we can enjoy ourselves first.
As time went by, more and more people began to pack the room and the dance floor. We were all dancing and drinking around, mixing with people. At least, that's what my friends did for the mixing with people part. Drinking and dancing, well, I took part in those.
Me and a friend of mine sort of had a deal of getting seriously drunk, I quote, but only one side of the party really went with it. Two of my friends, well, they got drunk, though not seriously drunk, but still drunk nonetheless, whereas I still sober and blogging and doing laundry with a slightly deaf ears. Honestly, it's been pumping extremely loud music all night long, my eardrums were vibrating with heavy rotation speeds. When I speak, I heard a weird voice coming out of my mouth.
We end the night at 3am and with me missing my room key. Thanks God my roommate did not went back home. Otherwise, I'll be sleeping on the street. Sorry, Xin Hao, for waking you up in wee hour.

Tao
Yesterday, me and my friends went to Tao Restaurant, a all-you-can-eat authentic Asian cuisines at Auto City. Well, it's my first time being at Auto City, the place famous for the many cars dealers and also pubs and lounges, but we only went for the buffet dinner. It's ain't cheap, having dinner there. It's RM50++ per head, so, as a very money-minded person, I must eat until I vomit so that the RM50++ spent seems worth it.
The decorations there are very fusion feel, mixing bits of here and there, but the environment is very nice. And the food...boys, it's simply delicious. While not every single dishes we ordered were as good as some, it's still fabulous. In fact, once the foods were served, everyone was so busy digging in that if I were to take anymore photos, there's won't be anything left for me.
After all the pictures above, here's the main pictures...FOOD!!!

Look at their seating places...
Their menus...
Alcohols, anyone?
Too bad alcohol is not part of the buffet...
The lounge
In the end, after the binge eating session, evolution occurred and my one-month pregnancy evolved into a three-month. That's the problem bringing me to all those all-you-can-eat thing. I tend to go for quantities and not for qualities. I must change my mindset that more doesn't mean worth the value.Their menus...

Their salad bar...
My favourite, Unagi with Toufu...simply heavenly...
Dumplings
Cheese wantan, I believe it is...
Sashimi...
No idea what soup is this...
Sushis for appetizer???
Err...no idea what is the name...
Scallops

Like I said, quite few photos of the foods were taken 'cause if I took anymore, it'll be only empty plates remained...
What's remained after 3-4 hours seizing that table...
Here I am, having trouble digesting all the glorious food inside...

After the heavy indulgences, we went for a movie and I think I should do a public service announcement to everyone here; Just Another Pandora's Box is pure rubbish! Avoid at all costs! I just miss the glorious comedy years way back in the 90's. Stephen Chow rocked back then!!! Where are those movies???

Internship
I just received a call from Tasek Cement Corp back in Ipoh. They can accept me as an intern in the Accounting Department. While I don't really have a proper knowledge in accounting, at least basic accounting work I do know of. But the sad thing is, due to the durations I'm available for which is only 2 months, they would not offer me any allowances for my times there. Their policy is only offer RM300 per months to interns working for more than 3 months. If only I have 1 more months.
Now, should I just accept it or not? I did sent to other firms but, still no reply. Hmm, I think I'll just wait for others. If there's no offers, then I'll just accept it.

Strange Encounter
So, here I was, walking along the pathway along the Bakti hostel, heading to class, after doing my business at Maths School, when a car slowed down and honked me. I looked at the driver and certain that I don't know that person. So, I continued walking while still staring at the car, observing what he was doing. He turned at the junction, into the Fajar hostel, and then, went extremely slow as though it wanna stop the car. I just ignored it and continued with my walk as I was about to be late.
Halfway when I was to turn to the DK, that car was back again. This time, the driver was waving his hands doing God knows what. I was getting puzzled and I have a feeling he will make a turn into that DK road. Which I was right.
That man pulled down his window and asked, " Are you from Sabah?"
I gave him what I assumed was my 'huh?' face and told him no. Then, he continued with his questions like where am I from, what course am I in, how's my family, what my father worked as, and so on. It was so strange, a complete stranger came and asked me these stuffs, which I answered out of politeness.
Then, he said he was a chemistry lecturer at the Chemistry School and I looked like one of his junior. Or something of that sort. I didn't really paid too much attention in it as I was standing under the hot sun while he was sitting inside his imported car. Then, he hold out his hand and shaked mine, saying, "Nice to meet you."
I'm like, err, oook. Then, I quickly walked to my class. When he first honked me, I looked at him and thought, is that the Maths School dean? but quickly scrapped off that idea for, why would the dean knew who I am.
Totally weird.

上了贼船
What was supposed to be a free experience turned out to be an expensive one. Yesterday, I followed my roommate, KK, and KC to Priority Fitness for the sake of touring around and playing for fun. KK哥 and KC哥 promised a free try-out but, due to many miscommunications, we ended up paying RM25 each for try-out with it being refunded back when we applied for membership within 7 days.
Which we did, this late afternoon. All in all, money was used on something I don't have plan to join. But since paid already, must optimize it to the best. We went for the class around 6.15pm which is a mix of this and that. Came out of that class totally ruined. I can feel the bile on my throat during that session. Which certified something; my fitness is of very low status.
Now, I can't get out of it without feeling guilty on the money spent. 我上了贼船!!!

Procrastinating...Greatly...
I don't know what gets into me lately. I have no motivation or mood to touch my books, finish my application letter and CV for my industrial training which is already extremely late, begin my assignments, confirm my FYP or even putting final touchs to the events which ended recently. After the rather hectic past few weeks, it seems like I'm straying along, waiting for something to happen, to kick my ass into work mode. Or maybe it's just how I am. Maybe I'm just creating excuses.
Instead of studying or doing whatever I'm supposed to do, I went to watch movies, lepak-ed with friends, and so on. In just three consecutive days including today, I went to Queensbay four times, watched four movies. With the exception of Matt Damon's The Green Zone and a few Malays movies, almost all the movies in the cinema I had watched already. Under The Mountain was passable, Edge of Darkness was boring and dreadful, Alice in Wonderland was charming, Confucius, well, it started very interesting but was boring halfway of it.
Maybe I need some shocks in my life, to electrocute me out of my current status. I don't want my result to deteriorate any further. I want to maintain, if not, heading upwards.

My Laptop Went to ICU Again
In less than 3 weeks after being 'released' from hospital, my laptop was sent for another round of emergency operation 'cause for whatsoever reason, it went blind. There's nothing on screen except the tiny little cursor moving around when I turned it on. And things were fine right on the day of Maths Night. When I woke up the next day, nothing but blindness.
Now, the doctor told me that there might be a huge possibility of it facing memory loss due to the 'severe trauma' on the head. All the happy memories we had together...might be loss forever!!! After the recovery, I really need to boost its immune system so that such situation will not occur again.
All the memories..........................................

Maths Night
The night was over 2 days ago but only now just blogged about it. What to do? 'Wet' till so late when I woke up yesterday, it's already 2.30 in the afternoon.
Honestly, time really doesn't wait for anyone. At the beginning of the semester, Maths Night seems so far away, yet, with just a blink of an eye, it's already in past tense. All the works, all the sleepless nights, just for the night. Now, time to get back to my old routine.
So, how's the night fare? Rather well, I would said. Not that it's a error-free event, but still rather good. Though I would like to apologise to a certain someone for the mistake I made. So sorry for your loss. Thanks God you don't know who am I.
The food, well, I didn't really get to taste much of it. Only after 80% of the event is over then I get to enjoy what's remaining of the buffet. Nevermind. Next year will be our time to enjoy the night and making memories.
