Actually, this morning I'm not really motivated to attend it since it's on 9am in the morning, a time where I'm still vacationing in dreamland. Anyhow, being Un-Malaysian, I did managed to reach on time, only to find that just few AIESECers were there. I hang around, waiting patiently for the workshop to begin. Luckily, I got bring my laptop (more like my roommate's laptop...) so I MSN around first to waste time.
While I'm being Un-Malaysian, AIESEC USM really embraced the whole Malaysian-ness. The event only began at 9.45am, exactly 45minutes late! And just for an additional AIESECer. Haiz...
Nevertheless, the process were a lot of fun and thought-provoking. Nadia, the facillitator of the workshop, really did her job in teaching us how to be a HIV/AIDS champion well even though she claimed that she was not well-prepared. Maybe because it's among us youths (and extremely small crowd), the environment was very relaxing, nothing formal.
During the world cafe session where we all sit around and discuss certain the topic in a deeper range, it's was, enlightening, to say the least. Some of the questions asked:
- HIV infected children should be seperated into different classrooms
- HIV testing should be made mandatory to all couples planning to wed
- People living with HIV (PLwH) should be required (by law) to announce their status
Then, there's the condom wearing demo, performed by Wai Soon. And each of us were given 1 for free. Hmm, I think I'm gonna give it to a friend of mine for his safety...hehe...Dude, watch this video and wear it properly ok?
Oh yea, was recommended by friend to go to this website:

Wow...you woke up that early?? Thought you normally get up at I dunno, around 10/11am??
Ohhh so this is that conference thingy that u went for the other day?? Well!! Anyway my views on the questions:
1) This is retarded. HIV is not infectious and it can only be transmitted through sex, and even kissing is okay!
2) This I agree, especially if for us... You might never know your partner is telling the whole truth, you know what i mean!? I know it's a trust issue, but having something stated on paper is better than words imo!
3) I think this has nothing to do with the public knowing! As long as the couples know, I don't think the public should have any say in their status!
Anyway, you take care la! xD
kathy: dat's bcz i dun rmb u n u rmb mine ma...haha...so much giv present 1 la if u rmb...
kpy: yea, normally ard dat time lo...but it's AIESEC ma...

yea, i agree wit u on all d questions...
1) children shud not b treated like they don belong here even if they got d disease...
2) even it's a matter of trust, it's oso a responsible thing to do if u truly love ur partner
3) totally against it...if announced publicly, surely discrimination will arise...
oh thn like tht means thn i shud 'pretend' not 2 rmmbr ur bday la..haha..
of cz u shud not...my bday very important ok!haha...
